A 100-acre science and technology campus is slated for Maple Grove under new plans from co-developers Ryan Cos. US Inc. and C. S. McCrossan Inc. Located northwest of Highway 169 and Interstate 94, the campus will serve as a research and development hub for science and technology innovation companies. There will also be complementary light industrial and manufacturing uses on the site, according to a news release from Ryan. An estimated 1 million to 1.5 million square feet of science and technology space will be constructed as part of the campus, along with walking trails, lots of green space and public art.
